Aristel NEOSLIFT
External 4G Antenna
The Aristel NEOSLIFT is an Australian-made AS1735.19 certified 4G lift emergency phone gateway from Aristel Networks. Available in single SIM (NEOSLIFT1 BM) and dual SIM with auto-failover (NEOSLIFT2 BM). The SMA Female antenna port is common to both models. This guide covers the correct D&G antenna and cable for every installation scenario.

About the Aristel NEOSLIFT
Aristel Networks is an Australian company making Australian-made products. The NEOSLIFT range is sold direct through aristel.com.au and via a wide reseller network including Teltech, Active Online, Telecom Warehouse, and TeleDynamics. It is sometimes installed and branded as the "NBN Lift Phone" solution by lift contractors.
The NEOSLIFT2 BM (NEOSLIFTKIT2-4G-BM) supports two separate carrier SIMs with automatic failover — Telstra and Optus simultaneously active. Battery backup provides 8+ hours talk time. The gateway sends SMS alerts for battery-low, mains-loss, and battery-fail events to up to 3 nominated contacts, and CLM (Call Log Monitoring) sends an SMS notification on every emergency call.

Common installation scenarios
NEOSLIFT2 BM dual-SIM site
The NEOSLIFT2 BM provides automatic Telstra + Optus carrier failover — two SIMs simultaneously active. Antenna signal quality is the only remaining variable once carrier redundancy is in place. A high-gain external omni ensures both SIM paths maintain reliable signal simultaneously, making the dual-SIM failover advantage fully effective.
Standard commercial building, roof plant room
SMA Male to N Male pigtail from the NEOSLIFT gateway to an DG900MB-HG omni, wall-mounted above roofline. 5-minute connection once the cable run is in place. CLM SMS notification on every emergency call provides ongoing commissioning confidence without site visits.
Basement machine room
LMR400 cable assembly (10–15 m) from the NEOSLIFT in the basement machine room to an external antenna at ground level or above slab. CLM SMS confirmation of calls gives confidence the system is live from day one. LMR400 preserves signal quality over the full run length.
Remote or fringe-coverage site
The DGY900-6 Yagi directed at the nearest Telstra or Optus tower maximises link margin at sites where standard omni coverage is insufficient. With dual-SIM failover on the NEOSLIFT2, the Yagi targets whichever carrier has the stronger signal from that direction — both are covered by the single wideband antenna.
Recommended D&G Products for Aristel NEOSLIFT
All antennas and cable assemblies individually tested. Custom cable assemblies quoted to site drawings.
DG900MB-HG — 5GNR Broadband Omni
Primary external antenna for the Aristel NEOSLIFT1 BM and NEOSLIFT2 BM. IP67 outdoor rated for wall or mast mount. Covers all AU 4G bands simultaneously — both SIM paths on the NEOSLIFT2 benefit from the same antenna. Australian-made at Penrith.
DGY900-6 — Yagi Directional Antenna
For remote or fringe-coverage sites where the NEOSLIFT2's dual-SIM failover needs maximum signal margin on both carriers. Direct the Yagi at the nearest Telstra or Optus tower for best link budget from difficult installation positions.
SMA Male to N Male Pigtail
Connects the NEOSLIFT SMA Female port to D&G N Female antennas. Replaces the kit-supplied magnetic-base antenna for permanent fixed installs. 30 cm standard. Custom lengths available.
Custom Cable Assembly
LMR200 for machine room runs up to 10 m. LMR400 for 10–15 m runs from basement machine rooms to external antenna. Standard 2-week build lead time. CLM SMS confirmation of calls provides confidence the completed system is live.
Why lift companies specify D&G for NEOSLIFT sites
Australian antenna for an Australian gateway
The NEOSLIFT is AU-made. D&G antennas are AU-made at Penrith. Specifying both means local stock, local support, and no import lead times for either component. One call resolves both the gateway and the antenna question.
Preserves the dual-SIM failover advantage
The NEOSLIFT2's dual-carrier failover is only effective when both SIM paths have reliable signal. An external high-gain antenna ensures neither carrier is blocked by concrete or steel in the machine room — maximising the value of the dual-SIM investment.
Custom cable assemblies for any machine room
We build SMA-to-N assemblies in any length with LMR200 or LMR400. Standard items available same-day from Penrith stock. Custom cable assemblies on a 2-week build lead time.
Same-day collection from Penrith
Standard stock items including DG900MB-HG omnis, DGY900-6 Yagis, and SMA Male to N Male pigtails are available for same-day pickup from Penrith. Call ahead to confirm availability before the site visit.
