Elefone Easygate
External 4G Antenna
Elefone (elefone.com.au) is one of Australia's most prominent lift emergency phone suppliers. The Easygate Single SIM and Dual SIM gateways use the same SMA Female 50Ω antenna port as the 2N EasyGate IP+ — meaning D&G antennas, pigtails, and cable assemblies specified for 2N sites apply here without modification. This guide covers the correct antenna and cable for every installation scenario.

About the Elefone Easygate
Elefone is an Australian company and one of Australia's most prominent lift emergency phone suppliers. The Easygate range uses 2N EasyGate platform hardware — the external SMA Female antenna port, impedance, and connector requirements are identical to those on the 2N EasyGate IP+.
The Easygate Single SIM covers all AU networks. The Dual SIM model adds automatic carrier failover. Both models are RCM and AS1735 certified. Battery backup is provided by 4×AA batteries for extended standby. Dimensions are 163×157×38mm with an RJ12 FXS port for the lift phone connection.

Common installation scenarios
Standard commercial building machine room
SMA Male to N Male pigtail from the Easygate to an DG900MB-HG mounted externally on the wall or above roofline. Covers all Telstra and Optus 4G bands including low-band B28 (700 MHz). If you've completed 2N EasyGate IP+ installations with D&G antennas, this is the identical process — same pigtail, same omni.
Basement or sub-ground installation
Route a LMR400 cable assembly from the Easygate in the basement machine room to an external antenna at ground level or above slab. Total run typically 10–15 m. LMR400's low insertion loss preserves signal quality across the full run without amplification.
Dual SIM Easygate site
The Dual SIM model switches carriers automatically on signal loss. An external high-gain antenna maximises both SIM paths — the DG900MB-HG's wideband coverage lifts both Telstra and Optus signal simultaneously. The dual-SIM failover advantage is only fully realised when the shared antenna delivers adequate signal on both bands.
Low-signal fringe site
The DGY900-6 Yagi directed at the nearest tower delivers 6–11 dBi gain improvement over the stub antenna. The Easygate's SMA Female 50Ω port accepts exactly the same antenna as the 2N EasyGate IP+ — no requalification, no new product evaluation required if the Yagi is already on your approved list.
Recommended D&G Products for Elefone Easygate
All antennas and cable assemblies individually tested. Custom cable assemblies quoted to site drawings.
DG900MB-HG — 5GNR Broadband Omni
Primary external antenna for the Elefone Easygate Single SIM and Dual SIM. IP67 outdoor rated for wall or mast mount. The 6 dBi mid-band gain lifts both SIM carrier paths on the Dual SIM model simultaneously. Identical antenna specification to the 2N EasyGate IP+ installation.
DGY900-6 — Yagi Directional Antenna
For low-signal fringe sites where the Easygate's SMA port requires maximum gain. The Easygate accepts the same antenna as the 2N EasyGate IP+ — if D&G Yagis have been specified on 2N sites, the same product applies here with no new learning or stock requirements.
SMA Male to N Male Pigtail
Connects the Elefone Easygate SMA Female port to D&G N Female antennas. Identical to the pigtail used on 2N EasyGate IP+ installations. 30 cm standard. Custom lengths available for in-cabinet routing.
Custom Cable Assembly
LMR200 for machine room runs up to 10 m. LMR400 for 10–15 m basement-to-external antenna runs. Cut to your exact site measurement — no joins, no performance compromise. Same assembly spec as 2N EasyGate IP+ installs.
Why lift companies specify D&G for Elefone sites
Same antenna as 2N EasyGate IP+ — no new learning
The Elefone Easygate uses the same SMA Female 50Ω antenna port as the 2N EasyGate IP+. If D&G antennas are already on your approved list for 2N sites, everything carries over: same pigtail, same cable, same omni. No new product evaluation required.
Australian manufacturer, no import lead time
D&G antennas are made in Penrith. No freight delays, no customs clearance. Standard stock items available for same-day collection. One phone call confirms availability before the site visit.
Custom cable length for any routing
D&G cuts SMA-to-N cable assemblies to your exact site measurement in LMR200 or LMR400. No joins, no waste, no on-site modification. The same assembly spec that works on 2N EasyGate IP+ installs works here.
100% tested before dispatch
Every antenna is tested on an Anritsu Site Master. A failed emergency call from a faulty antenna is a compliance breach and a liability. We eliminate that risk at source before the product leaves our facility.
